It is highly recommended that the buyer obtain a Property Inspection. Lily will be happy to provide you with the names of local inspectors that may be of service to you. It is the purchaser's right to request a period of time in which they might thoroughly inspect the property they are attempting to purchase. It is always best to know what you are buying and the best way to know is to inspect.

Are you required to hire a professional inspector? No, of course not. It is completely up to you whether or not a professional property inspection is needed. You may opt to accept the property "as is" and waive your inspections. Keep in mind that once you waive your option o inspect, you may not have it back, and you are fully responsible for the property condition from that point on.
